Court Tosses Worker's Claims of Discrimination, Retaliation, Negligence

A Texas appellate court upheld the dismissal of a worker’s claims for age discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, workers’ compensation retaliation and negligent hiring, retention, supervision and training.
