Mitchell Acquires Pharmacy Benefit Manager PMOA

Mitchell, a provider of technology and information solutions to the property and casualty industry, has acquired PMOA, a pharmacy benefit management, in-house mail order pharmacy and ancillary services provider for the workers’ compensation industry.
