The U.S. Department of Labor has awarded a $52 million contract to technology services firm DRT Strategies Inc. to create a cloud-based system for the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs.
The new system will be a single platform that modernizes four current workers’ compensation systems, allowing the agency to streamline the review, distribution and administration of benefits to workers covered by the OWCP. The contract is for $52 million over seven years.
DRT Strategies said its team for the OWCP project includes Acuity Systems LLC.
