The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that a property owner could not be held liable for injuries sustained by a worker who was hired by her nephew to perform renovations on her home. Case: Pacheco v. Coffman, No. 1 CA-CV 23-0107, 11/16/2023, unpublished. Facts: Kathryn Coffman owned a cabin in Munds Park.
