The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries announced that providers should request interpreters for scheduled in-person appointments using a new online system starting April 12.
The interpretingWorks system will be available 24 hours a day and provides technical assistance, support and scheduling dispatchers, L&I said.
Providers should sign up for the new system before it goes live, the agency said.
