President Trump has named Victoria Lipnic the acting chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Philip Miscimarra the acting chair of the National Labor Relations Board.
Both are Republicans and holdovers from the Obama administration. President Obama nominated Lipnic as an EEOC commissioner in 2010, while Miscimarra was nominated as an NLRB member in 2013.
