Two identical bills that would direct the state Workers' Compensation Commission to establish a medical fee schedule are moving toward adoption without a single vote in opposition.
All seven members of the House of Representatives' Appropriations Subcommittee on Compensation and Retirement voted to approve House Bill 378 by Delegate Peter F. Farrell, R-Henrico, on Thursday, according to the state legislature's website. The House Committee on Commerce and Labor voted 21-0 to pass the measure on Jan. 14.
