Patriot National Sells Global HR Research

Patriot National Inc. has sold the assets of Global HR Research, a provider of pre-hire intelligence services, for up to $30 million. Global HR Research was purchased by a subsidiary of Renovo Capital LLC, Patriot National announced on Tuesday. The company said the sale reflects its plan to focus on its core businesses — workers’ compensation insurance services and technology. The Patriot National board of directors approved the sale.
