Facts: Rita Candelario filed a lawsuit in the Reeves County district court alleging she was injured in an explosion at an Anadarko Petroleum Corp. processing plant.
Candelario said she was an employee of Guard 1 Services LLC, a temporary security staffing company, at the time of the explosion.
