Formulary Bill Clears First Hurdle, but Governor's Support a Question

A committee of Louisiana lawmakers on Thursday passed a bill that would mandate adoption of the Official Disability Guidelines drug formulary, sending the measure to the floor of state House of Representatives for a vote as early as next week.
