Ones to Watch

I recently had the pleasure of speaking on a California workers’ comp case law update panel. The panel was at the Disneyland conference of the California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation, an employer-side workers’ comp research and advocacy group. Co-presenting at my session was attorney Bill Anderson of the State Compensation Insurance Fund.
