WCD Posts Bulletin on Annual Reports

The Alaska Workers’ Compensation Division announced 2021 annual reports are due by March 1. “The Department of Labor expects each insurer, self-insurer, and uninsured employer to submit an Annual report via Electronic Data Interchange on all claims with any payments between Jan. 1, 2021, and Dec. 31,” the bulletin reads.
