Self-Insured Reporting Threshold Increasing to $18,000

The threshold for self-insured employers to report claims data to the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division in 2021 will increase to $18,000 from $17,500 for the current year. The WCD said the reporting threshold is the split point used by the National Council on Compensation Insurance for experience rating.
