The West Virginia Supreme Court upheld a determination that a worker was entitled to benefits for occipital neuritis following a head injury. Case: ACNR Resources Inc. v. Hill, No. 24-346, 03/19/2025, published. Facts: Ryan Hill worked for ACNR Resources Inc. as a coal miner. He struck his head on a beam at work in July 2022. Hill sought treatment from Dr. Charles Milton, who diagnosed a concussion with a cervical component and cervical strain.
