Supreme Court Says Worker Who Resigned Didn't Lose Entitlement to TTD

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a worker’s voluntary abandonment of her time-of-injury position to accept a new job does not bar her from receiving temporary total disability benefits for the time she was unable to work because of the injury.
