The Louisiana Court of Appeal upheld the denial of a worker’s claim of injury from unloading materials from a truck. Case: Fish v. Lion Insurance Co., No. 24-CA-477, 02/26/2025, published. Facts: Darryl Fish worked for Vinyltech. He allegedly suffered injuries in December 2021 while unloading bundles of shingles from pallets on a flatbed truck.
