A subcommittee of Oregon’s labor-management advisory panel will continue deliberations during an Oct. 23 virtual meeting about a proposed presumption that COVID-19 is compensable. Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee has been meeting since summer at the request of Gov.
