Hub International Buys Kessler Brokerage in Santa Monica

Hub International Limited said Tuesday that it has acquired Sander A. Kessler & Associates Inc., a Santa Monica, Calif.-based insurance brokerage firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.Kessler will become part of Hub International Insurance Services' Los Angeles operation, the Chicago-based brokerage said in a press release.
