MES Group Acquires EvaluMed

MES Group Inc., a national provider of independent medical review, bill review and other services, has purchased EvaluMed Inc., which provides medical-legal services throughout the Midwest. The deal was announced by Bailey Southwell & Co., which was the exclusive strategic and financial adviser to EvaluMed. Terms were not disclosed.
