New Hospital and Surgical Center Rates Published, Promise of Full Schedule

Connecticut has announced its new hospital and surgical center workers' compensation rates, in effect from April 1 this year. The hospital inpatient rate shall be 174% of the Medicare rate for that facility, while the hospital outpatient and hospital surgical center rate is 210%. The non-hospital surgical center rate will be 195% of the hospital outpatient Medicare rate payable in the the Core Based Statistical Area.
