2019 Ushers in Many New Comp Regulations; Some Still Brewing

The end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 saw a raft of new workers’ compensation regulations in several states, from formularies in Indiana and Kentucky to new rules for utilization review in Illinois. Here’s a look at some of the rules that have been adopted or are in the final stages of review.
