New Senate President Signals Willingness to Revisit Attorney Fee Limits

Almost three years after a landmark Florida Supreme Court decision that struck down statutory limits on attorneys’ fees, the new president of the state Senate said he’s willing to reopen the much-debated topic and consider changes to the state’s workers’ compensation laws.
