Almost three years after a landmark Florida Supreme Court decision that struck down statutory limits on attorneys’ fees, the new president of the state Senate said he’s willing to reopen the much-debated topic and consider changes to the state’s workers’ compensation laws.
And the claimants’ bar sounds as though it may be willing to work with Sen. Bill Galvano on the changes.
