Whitmer Signs New Presumption Order After Court Strikes Down Earlier Rule

Two weeks after the Michigan Supreme Court struck down the governor's COVID-19 executive orders, including a workers' compensation presumption for frontline workers, she has declared a new presumption rule. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Friday issued an emergency order that she said will apply through March 2021.
