Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed a bill that allows injured workers to choose a treating physician, saying the measure represents a step in the direction of privatizing Pinnacol Assurance.
In signing House Bill 1300 on Wednesday, Polis also called for the creation of a working group to develop recommendations to implement the measure.
