The owner of a compounding pharmacy in Los Angeles pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit health care fraud and paying kickbacks, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Central California announced.
Navid Vahedi, 41, also pleaded guilty on behalf of his business, Fusion Rx Compounding Pharmacy.
