3rd DCA Orders Publication of Decision Finding Privette Doctrine Barred Worker's Suit

The California 3rd District Court of Appeal has ordered the publication of a case finding the Privette doctrine barred a contractor’s employee from bringing suit against his employer’s client for his injuries from a fall.
