TK Keen Named Insurance Commissioner

The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced that Director Sean O'Day appointed TK Keen as insurance commissioner. Keen has been serving in an acting commissioner capacity since June. He was deputy insurance commissioner for five years before that and is also the administrator of the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation.
