Court Clarifies Ability of ALJs to Correct Mistaken Findings in Interlocutory Orders

The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled that an administrative law judge could correct a mistake in his prior factual findings after being presented with new evidence. Jeremy Starr worked for Graybar Electric as a delivery driver. He injured his back at work in March 2018. Starr had previously hurt his back in a nonwork motor vehicle accident in December 2004.
