Trial Judge Orders Parties to Revisit Discovery Plan for Insolvency Pool Coverage Dispute

A federal trial judge in Georgia last week denied approval of a proposed discovery plan in a coverage dispute between the state Insurers Insolvency Pool and the Sussex Insurance Co.
