A federal trial judge in Georgia last week denied approval of a proposed discovery plan in a coverage dispute between the state Insurers Insolvency Pool and the Sussex Insurance Co. U.S. District Court Judge Amy Totenberg is giving the parties until Friday to come up with a new discovery schedule for the case, which addresses liability for 58 workers’ compensation claims against the now-defunct Freestone Insurance Co.
