A Southern California marketer was ordered to forfeit more than $125,000 after pleading guilty to a conspiracy charge relating to an alleged compound drug kickback scheme.
John Pangelinan, identified in court documents as a medical marketer for “Company No. 1” as well as president of Broad Med Inc., pleaded guilty to the one count of conspiracy to commit honest services mail fraud and health care fraud alleged in a superseding information filed May 14.
