The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld a determination that a forestry worker was entitled to a 50% impairment rating following the second of two injuries to his right knee, and that the second injury was the major cause of his impairment.
Thomas Lindsey worked for the Arkansas Forestry Commission as a county range supervisor. His job required that he conduct inspections of timber on both public and private lands.
