PatNat Adds Board Members After Two Depart

Patriot National Inc. last week announced the appointment of three new members to its board of directors: Ernst Csiszar, Terry L. Coleman and Glenn Hibler. In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week, Patriot National said that Michael Purcell had been removed from the board, and board member Jeff Rohr was resigning.
