After withdrawing two previous plans to license and regulate sterile compounding pharmacies, the California Board of Pharmacy has issued a new set of proposals.
The proposals, published Friday in the California Regulatory Notice Register, mostly follow the changes the board proposed in September, but alter language to align the regulations more closely with national third-party standards adopted in the United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary.
