6th DCA Revives Tort Claim by Volunteer Injured While Working at Yoga Retreat Center

The 6th District Court of Appeal overturned the dismissal of a tort claim by a volunteer at a yoga retreat center, finding that her collection of workers’ compensation benefits did not prohibit her from pursuing a personal injury action.
