Christopher Iu has been named New Jersey's Acting Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, replacing Ron Chillemi, who served in the position for four years.
Iu, 37, most recently a special assistant and deputy chief of staff to Acting Attorney General John. J. Hoffman, will oversee a staff of 125 attorneys, investigators and support personnel.
While with the attorney general's office, Iu worked on insurance fraud, juvenile justice, homeland security and civil rights.
