The Workers’ Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee identified two violations among the 26 complaints of misconduct filed against administrative judges that were resolved in 2019, according to a report that the California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted Thursday.
In two cases, the committee found judges failed to be patient, dignified and courteous and recommended the chief judge pursue further action that’s not described in the report.
