Worker Gets Summary Judgment on Labor Law Claim; Defendants Prevail on Contract Claims

A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to summary judgment on his Labor Law claim for his fall from a scaffold and that the defendants were entitled to summary judgment on their contract-based claims against third parties.
