Bankruptcy Judge Says Comp Experience Rating Didn't Transfer With Sale of Debtor's Assets

A federal bankruptcy judge in New Hampshire ruled last week that the National Council on Compensation Insurance could not assign a debtor's workers' compensation experience rating to the purchaser of the debtor's assets.
