WCA Posts Rule Review Timeline

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration posted a schedule of its plans to conduct a review of rules this year. The WCA on Monday completed soliciting internal recommendations from all bureaus. By March 1, the agency will send an email to system users asking for rule change suggestions. A draft of proposed rule changes will be promulgated April 15 and the WCA will schedule a virtual hearing by May 16.
