Supreme Court: Strip Club's 6,600 Performers Are 'Employees'

The Nevada Supreme Court last week ruled that exotic dancers at one Las Vegas club are employees, not independent contractors. Sapphire Las Vegas bills itself as the "world's largest men's club," featuring 70,000 square feet of "topless entertainment."
