Lien filings throughout California increased 12.8% in the last quarter of 2013, according to data from the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau.A summary of lien filings included in agenda materials for a March 19 WCIRB Actuarial Committee meeting shows 46,153 liens were filed in the last three months of 2013, compared to 40,904 in the third quarter.
