WCIRB's Governing Committee to Discuss Including COVID Claims in X-Mods

The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California Governing Committee will discuss when it meets Wednesday whether the Sept. 1 regulatory filing should include a provision to include COVID-19 claims in employers’ experience rating.
