Prosecutors in Northern California have charged a landscaping company owner roughly three years after one of his employees died in an on-the-job accident. The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office announced last week that it had filed two felony counts against Segundo Collazos, owner of Amazon’s Landscaping Co. in Concord.
