Oregon's Management-Labor Advisory Committee is holding a hybrid meeting Oct. 2.
Committee members will hear presentations about the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences and the status of the Workers' Benefit Fund, which pays for return-to-work programs and cost-of-living increases for permanently and totally disabled workers.
MLAC will also hear updates on subcommittees investigating injured workers' ability to access medical treatment and on the adequacy of indemnity benefits.
