The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is seeking comments about whether it should maintain four sets of regulations dealing with reports of injury, injury prevention services, accident prevention services, and monitoring and enforcement.
The division said it is soliciting feedback on whether the rules in Chapters 160, 165, 166 and 180 should be readopted, readopted with amendments or repealed.
Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on June 14.
