Split Court Reinstates Worker's Tort Claim for Skid Loader Accident

A divided Pennsylvania Superior Court reinstated a worker’s tort suit for his injuries from a skid loader accident, with a majority finding triable issues as to whether the owner of the loader was the worker’s employer or co-employee.
