WCRI: Treatment Guidelines and Their Uses Are All Over the Map

While 23 states have adopted workers’ comp medical treatment guidelines, there’s a wide variation in the guidelines themselves as well as how they are used, according to a new report that also attempts to measure their restrictiveness.
