Court Upholds Finding of Compensable Neck Injury

The Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a determination that a worker’s neck injury was compensable. Case: E.G. Middleton Inc. v. Spry, No. 1659-24-1, 10/28/2025, unpublished. Facts: Robert Spry worked for E.G. Middleton Inc. as a journeyman electrician.
