The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section announced that it revised its medical fee schedule to increase reimbursement rates that were inadvertently too low.
“There was an error in the calculation of the Consumer Price Index,” the WCS said in a statement. “Initially, reimbursement rates were increased by 1.1%. However, the correct rate of increase is 1.25%.
The revised fee schedule applies to dates of service between March 1 and Jan. 31, 2023.
