WC Nominating Committee Holding Special Meeting Tuesday

The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is holding a special meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday to consider applications for the nomination of two administrative law judges. Committee members will meet in an executive session to discuss applicants before returning to open session to nominate three for each of the ALJ positions. Judges would serve terms that begin Jan. 1, 2024, and run through Dec. 31, 2027. The nominating committee meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
